Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast, diced
- 150g broccoli florets
- 100g cooked brown rice
- 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-fat chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and chicken broth, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add the broccoli florets and cover the pan, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the broccoli is tender.

- 1 scoop whey protein

Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot.
Add the whole wheat pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
