Ingredients

  • 6 oz grilled chicken breast
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and grill on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
2. While the chicken is cooking, rinse 1/2 cup of quinoa under cold water and cook it according to package instructions (about 15 minutes).
3. Steam broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, steamed broccoli, and diced avocado.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz lean beef sirloin, cut into strips
